It was a cold January winter. The company I had worked for my whole adult life had recently closed its doors. Not only did I lose my job which I loved, but I also lost my cherished work family. I had no idea what I was going to do next. One day, I found an ad in the Lynn Item for an office manager at St. Stephen’s Memorial Episcopal Church. I had always thought the building on the common was one of the most beautiful in the city and I was kind of looking for a church that was more comfortable for me. So, I did some research on the Episcopal Church and decided if I got this job I would go back to school. I got my degree and found my church. I can’t imagine not being part of the St. Stephen’s community. Thank you!
